The CS PLUS A cap sealing system is designed for cap sealing in lower production applications
Three manual sealing heads are available, one for 5 to 70 mm caps, a second for 60 to 130 mm caps, and a third for “flip top” or “sport” caps.
An inline sealing head with a stand is available for mounting over a conveyor. The power unit automatically senses which head is attached and adjusts the power level.
Missing Foil Alarm: It includes audio and visual alarm if there is no foil seal in the cap.
Speed: Up to 30 caps per minute may be sealed manually, with the inline sealing head it can seal over 100 caps per minute.
Adjustment and Operation: The timer control is incremented 0-9.9 sec. in 0.1 sec
increments, and 10-30 sec in 1 sec increments.
Up to 5 programs can be set by the customer and stored in memory.
The 2 x 16 LCD display shows power setting, time, status and alarm messages.
A multilingual user interface is included.
End-of-cycle and Fault visual and audible signals are provided.
In manual mode, it may be operated by a button on the hand piece, or by a foot pedal.
Most operators find the foot pedal more comfortable if they are operating the sealer for long periods.
Portability: The machine is portable and able to be used in multiple locations.
Maintenance: Stainless steel construction makes maintenance and cleaning easy. No tools are required for adjustment or set-up. It requires no maintenance and it is air cooled, requiring no water for cooling. It is silent and has no discharge.
Hand-Held Coil Stand: Eliminates the need to hold the sealing head. Elaborate mechanical design allowing easy centering and accurate positioning of the container below the sealing head. Insures repeatability of the sealing
In Line Sealing Head and Stand: For low speed inline applications, an inline sealing head and stand is available for mounting over a conveyor. The sealing head is capable of sealing caps from 29 mm to 110 mm at conveyor speeds to 10 m (32 ft)/min. depending on seal type and size. A stand with leveling feet and height adjustment is include.
