
Containers:
Metal Containers: Any standard friction top can with a diameter from 250 ml
to 4 liters (quarter pint to gallon).
Plastic Containers: The closing plate can be equipped with a "burper" to
close small plastic pails.
Operation: The operator places the lid on the container and moves the container below the closing head, against the centering pins. He presses the two operating buttons at the same time. The closing head goes down and closes the container. When the container is closed, the operator releases the buttons and the closing head returns to the top position.
Maintenance: The machine is designed to provide the user with many years of service. The frame is welded tubular steel. The standard coating is a 316 stainless steel pigment polyurethane paint which is approved by the USDA for food plants. The machine has an illustrated manual.
Safety: The machines include two-hand-anti-tie-down controls which force the operator to use two hands to operate the machine. Machines include safety controls and have noise reduction appliances to protect workers. Explosion Proof operation makes the machines suited to hazardous locations.
Noise Control: The 'A' level is less than 20 db. The cylinder exhausts through mufflers.

Electricity: None.
Compressed Air: 25 liters at 5.6 bar (1.5 cu. ft. at 80 p.s.i.) per container.
Workers Required: One operator is required.
